CONCEPT International is a Value Added Distributor (VAD) – along with the supply of products, we offer comprehensive product and product distribution services.
Typically, we represent manufacturers and brands from China and USA over here in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Those are for instance DT Research, GIADA, LEDMAN, MODINICE, FuturePAD, AIRSERVER and VXL, among others.
Customers include distributors, system integrators and resellers from all over Europe. They often develop individual industry solutions based on “CONCEPT International hardware”. For this purpose, ready-to-use devices are delivered in order to minimise the effort for the customers.
For our manufacturers and brands, we:
- handle the product distribution,
- raise brand awareness,
- build up reseller networks,
- do marketing & press related work by means of print, social media, advertising, fairs & events and further marketing measures,
- offer project management to the resellers and ensure that their projects are successful,
- guide system integrators through tender processes,
- assure compliance with import laws (e.g. CE certification guidelines, battery law, packaging law, electronic waste law – i.e. disposal at same volume as imported goods),
- run ISO9001 processes with interfaces to customers and suppliers,
- handle warehousing (typically 1-3 months quantities),
- offer repair & service,
- give warranty extensions,
- provide insurance for vandalism, theft and damage,
- and other services.
